Retail Assistants Required!

We're looking for 2 part time Retail Assistants to work in our very first shop based in Loughborough Town Centre within our new headquarters.
 
Retail experience, although not essential, would be preferable.  You'll need to be reliable and flexible (covering staff holidays and sickness as and when required) as well as having a friendly and approachable manner with customers to encourage repeat custom.
 
We have 2 positions available, both part time.  Hours can be negotiable but you should indicate your availability and number of hours you can work each week on your covering letter. 
 
The shops main opening times will be Monday to Saturday, 9:30am until 5:30pm.  The occasional Sunday and evening shift may also be required.
 
 
Location: Loughborough town centre
 
Hours: Please state number of hours desired and availability on your covering letter.
 
Pay: £7.69 per hour
 
 
 

Bespoke Account Manager Required!

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager with a creative flair!

As our business has grown, so have the trade accounts we make bespoke products for and we need someone who understands how to look after trade accounts and understand and help produce bespoke products for our customers.

The role will largely be looking after our Urban Outfitters account as well as some other retailers who we make bespoke products for. You'll be helping to manage customer creative expectations and dealing with all enquiries from initially planning the order to ensuring it's shipped and invoiced to the customer on time.

It's essential to understand sales and have excellent customer service skills. You'll work closely with the customer as well as our in-house design team.

PA to the Managing Director Required!

We're looking for a part time personal assistant to join our growing business to assist the Managing Director (and occasionally other managers) with the day to day running of the organisation.

This role requires someone that is highly organised, understands and has experience in excel, report making and minute/action point taking.  They need be confident in taking on administration tasks.  They should be able to easily take direction, while using their own initiative to support the Managing Director.

CASUAL STAFF
