Orders

  • Do I need to register to place an order?

    You don't need to register to place an order, you can sign in as a guest. However, registering with Ohh Deer is FREE! Not only that but you can: Be the first to know of our special offers and exclusive discounts through our newsletter!

  • Can I add an item to my order after I have placed it?

    We aren’t able to add items to an order once it has been placed, but if you make a new order on the same day and then contact us at customerservice@ohhdeer.com we’ll look into reducing the shipping cost where possible and refund any difference.

  • How do I cancel an order?

    You can cancel your order on the same day or before you receive a “processing” email. If you fail to do so, the item(s) will be dispatched and then they will need to be returned at your cost. To cancel your order drop us an email to customerservice@ohhdeer.com

  • What are your shipping costs?

    For UK customers, all shipping costs can be found HERE For international deliveries, if you add a single item to the cart it produces the shipping quote for you without checking out, so an accurate price can be achieved quickly.

  • Where is the rest of my order?

    Some items may be sent separately as they might be made to order and shipped from a different location (Please see ‘How long will my order take to arrive?’ for further information.

  • I only received part of my order?

    Any items that are missing need to be reported to us (at customerservice@ohhdeer.com) within 7 days, otherwise we will not offer any refund or exchange.

  • What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

    As soon as you notice there is an issue with your order please contact our customer service team by e-mailing customerservice@ohhdeer.com or calling 01509 812075. For more information please refer to the returns section.

  • I have not received my order?

    If you haven’t received your order after the time stated (see “How long will my order take to arrive?”) please send an e-mail to our customer service team at customerservice@ohhdeer.com where they’ll be able to look into this for you.

    In cases where delivery has been attempted and we've been notified that you failed to collect the item we will arrange re-delivery at an additional cost to you. If you do not wish for us to resend your order we will cancel the order and issue you a refund for the cost of the items.

  • I would like to return or exchange something, how do I do this?

    If you would like to return something please pop an e-mail to our customer service team at customerservice@ohhdeer.com making a note of your order number, your details and whether you would like a refund or exchange with the reason why.

    Please note, refunds and exchanges are only issued for unused or faulty items returned to us within 30 days and we’re unable to issue any request if you have not emailed us first. Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with our returns address and further instructions.

    Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive your item(s), process your return and confirm your refund amount. We’ll send you an email when this has been done.

  • How do I place an order?

    If you’re a new customer you can register with us (it takes less than 15 seconds!) or continue as a guest, if you’re a returning customer enter your login details. (If you already have an account and it is your first time logging in you will need to update your details with us in “MY ADDRESSES”)

    You will need to enter your delivery and billing address details, please ensure billing details match your card details if using credit or debit card. Alternatively you can checkout using Paypal. We ship to most countries – if you notice we don’t ship to your location, just drop us an email through our contact form.

    Please ensure to review your order and details before completing your order. If you want to make any last minute changes you can click “EDIT YOUR CART”. Once you’re happy click “PLACE ORDER” and you’ll have a batch of awesome headed to you as well as a little confirmation e-mail message containing the details of your order. 

  • What happens if an item is no longer available after I've made my order?

    Unfortunately this does occassionally happen, but we're trying to ensure that this doesn't happen.  However, should this happen then we will try and contact you to offer a replacement if one is available. Otherwise we will automatically send you a refund for the cost of that item.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment with Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and Paypal

  • Why has my card been declined?

    All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders declining is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that in the 'billing address' section, the address to which your bank statements are sent is entered here. For full details of why the payment was declined, please contact your card issuer.

  • How secure is your website?

    Our website is PCI compliant, this means we do not store any payment information, and all the channels we use to process payments are completely secure.

Delivery

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    We aim to have most orders dispatched within 1-2 working days with UK standard delivery time of 1-3 working days (from being dispatched from our warehouse). (Some items are made to order and may be dispatched separately from the rest of your order; for more information please see below*.)

    UK customers will have the option in the cart to either checkout with a ‘standard’ 3-5 day service or a ‘premium’ 2-4 day service. Some orders may require a signature to be delivered.

    Please be aware that during peak times (including Christmas) our services may be slower than usual, but we’ll attempt to have your delivery with you as soon as possible.

    If you’re ordering from outside of the UK delivery times may vary. Typically, EU orders may take between 5-10 days but we ask that all international orders allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.     Competition orders note:

    If your order includes an item that includes additional processing time (such as competition items) then your entire order will be shipped once all components become available unless otherwise stated.

  • CAN I SEND ITEMS TO A FRIEND AS A GIFT?

    To send items to a friend as a gift simply enter their address as the shipping address and the billing address as your address. Don't worry we won't send any physical invoices with the order as this is all done electronically. 

Returns

  • How can I return an item?

    Please note: Our free returns policy is only valid within the first 7 days of you receiving your order. This does not impact on your statutory rights.
    If you would like to return something please pop an e-mail to our customer service team at customerservice@ohhdeer.com making a note of your order number, your details and whether you would like a refund or exchange with the reason why.

    Should your goods arrive damaged, Please include photographic evidence with your email. This will help speed up the process.

    Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with our returns address and further instructions.

  • Are any items excluded from being returned?

    Due to hygiene reasons earrings are excluded from our returns policy, we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at Ohh Deer.

  • Customer Service

    Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. Please email us with your order number in the first instance to customerservice@ohhdeer.com. During busier periods, we may take slightly longer to respond.

Competitions

  • How do you get the 'social rank' for a product?

    Our server obtains social share statistics throughout the day (not in real-time).

    Tweets, Facebook likes and shares are factored in to your 'rank'.

    We use a service called 'sharedcount' for enhanced reliability of results - you can query your competition URL directly at http://sharedcount.com

  • How is my cushion scored?

    You can boost your work to the top of the store page, our ranking system updates daily and is based on Facebook like & shares, twitter and pinterest (1pt each), and sales (100pt each)

    Please note: this feature is in beta phase and the scores may go up and down (relative to other products)

  • When does the pillow fight competition end?

    The 2015 Pillow Fight Competition has now closed.

  • When will I be paid for my cushion sales?

    All commission payments will be sent out after the competition has ended and our 30 day return policy has expired for all competition orders made. You will be sent a Paypal request which will be sent to the email we have on file for you and from their you will be able to claim the money to any Paypal account you own. 

  • What are the requirements to upload to the pillow fight competition?

    All artwork must be your own and not violate copyright laws.

    All artwork submitted must be in JPEGformat.

    The dimensions of your file must be 2715px x 2715px

  • How much money will I earn from each cushion I sell?

    You will get 20% of the profit (not the sale price) from each cushion.

  • How long will it take for my cushion to be dispatched?

    All competition cushions are hand made to order in England and will take from 5 to 10 days to be dispatched. 

  • Does student discount apply to competition cushions?

    Unfortunately competition cushions are excluded from our student discount.
