About the role:

Ohh Deer accumulates over a million unique visitors across its websites each year, and our web team is at the core of ensuring our online services are capable of delivering the quality of service our customers have grown to expect from Ohh Deer. Our web team also develop in-house apps, which support the day to day running of our warehouse, marketing, and sales teams. We’re looking for a Web developer who is looking to shake up the greeting card and gifting industry, in a fast-growing company where no two days are the same.

You will be responsible for helping us maintain and develop company websites focusing on usability and high quality. Our website is often the first interaction people have with our company, so having the best website is essential for us as first impressions really do matter.

The role sits within our Operations department but will work closely with different teams within the company. We're a fast-paced company with lots of ideas, this role will be vital in helping us reach our ambitions.

About you:

We're looking for someone that has an excellent grasp on web development. You should be competent and savvy with your ideas and work ethic. We're still a small team, so contributing ideas will be essential.

You will also need to be highly organised as well as having a good eye for detail and design.

We are still a small company and you should be used to this type or environment and want to work in it - it can be challenging but also more fulfilling as you will help steer our web development direction.

You shouldn't be afraid to get stuck in and you'll work closely with key departments within the company, including the Company Directors. You must understand our companies voice and identity.

We're passionate about what we do and are constantly looking for the next up and coming illustrator or product for our portfolio. We aspire to be the go-to place to find quirky cards, stationery and gifts.

We only employ smart people that understand and support our goals - you should also be fun, hard-working and driven by success.

FULL-TIME SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

FULL-TIME SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIRED

About the role:

Sitting within our innovative and dynamic trade sales team (B2B), you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with a number of our independent trade customers. You'll also be responsible for generating leads and turning these into sustainable accounts for the company ensuring growth and profitability.

Managing customer relationships is essential for this role, and making sure our customers are satisfied is a big part of this.

About you:

We're looking for someone who is personable face to face, over the phone and online. You should understand the importance of creating an excellent customer experience and how that creates loyalty and repeat sales.

You should be target driven and understand how to work a sales pipeline to consistently hit target. You'll be assigned with independent, non-chain retailers/smaller standalone shops, to maintain and grow and will be responsible for finding new customers.

We're looking for someone highly organised, pro-active in their role, driven and full of innovation!

You'll be working within a small sales team, within a small company. You should therefore be flexible and willing to contribute to the wider success of the company.

FULL-TIME SALES MANAGER

FULL-TIME SALES MANAGER REQUIRED

About the role:

We're looking for a new Sales Manager to develop and deliver our sales and marketing strategy to ensure future growth and profitability for the company. You will be focused on developing a strategy for all revenue streams of the company, including our trade (B2B) sales, e-commerce (B2C sales) which includes our Direct site and subscription service (Papergang) and lastly our 2 retail stores in Loughborough and Ipswich.

The role requires you to be innovative, strategic and have the ability to review data to help inform decisions and future strategy.

You will be responsible for leading a sales team and ensuring that targets are met and exceeded on a regular basis whilst also maximising profit.

You will also be given quarterly sales targets that you will need to meet. You will also need to report regularly to the company owners/directors about your successes.

About you:

We're looking for someone that can not only develop a successful sales strategy but someone that can deliver results and help the company grow. You should have experience of sales and managing others to get results.

You should be driven by success and know how to analyse data to help feed into future strategies. You should have a good understanding of marketing strategies and be confident with managing the sales pipeline/funnel for the company.

You should be unique and understand B2B as well as B2C sales and marketing.

You should be personable and excellent at building and maintaining relationships with our customers to maximise sale opportunities.

You should be willing to lead and develop your sales team to achieve maximum potential.

Our stationery subscription service continues to grow and receives excellent reviews, but we're looking for someone who can help us take it to the level.
