We're looking for a brand new Assistant to the Directors at Ohh Deer. The chosen candidate will assist the Managing Director and Creative Director (Co-founders of Ohh Deer) with their organisational and administration tasks. Some of the responsibilities include assisting with human resources, building maintenance, health and safety (including risk assessments), buying products, credit control, cash flow management, organising internal staff events and diary management. You should be very organised and have great attention to detail as well as understanding the importance of confidentiality. While previous personal assisting experience isn't essential, we would ideally like candidates with strong administration experience. You should also have a confident and friendly manner with customers, suppliers and other business associates. This role will be involved in all aspects of the business, so being able to multi-task and work with different departments is important. Ohh Deer is a fast-growing company with a real passion for stationery and illustration. Over the last 6 years we've come from a small team to a team of nearly 50 people. We have two physical shops (in Loughborough and Ipswich), a large online presence and shop and we sell to hundreds of shops across the world, including Urban Outfitters, Paperchase, Scribbler, ASOS and many independent sellers. As well as working in a fun environment, all our staff benefit from 40% staff discount across our shops as well as getting two sausage dogs run around the office all day!

Ohh Deer accumulates over a million unique visitors across its websites each year, and our web team is at the core of ensuring our online services are capable of delivering the quality of service our customers have grown to expect from Ohh Deer. Our web team also develop in-house apps, which support the day to day running of our warehouse, marketing, and sales teams. We’re looking for a versatile developer who is looking for a challenge, in a fast-growing company where no two days are the same.

The chosen candidate will be based within our Loughborough headquarters two days a week (sorry, we're not considering any applications who request remote working) and should have excellent web development skills. For more details about our platforms and required qualifications and experience, please refer to the job description.

We're looking for casual pick / pack warehouse staff to join our busy warehouse in Loughborough. While the position is on a part time casual basis, there is opportunity to move onto a more permanent role based on performance and availability. Experience isn't essential, but an understanding of how a warehouse operates would be desired. You should understand the importance of fulfilling orders accurately and on time to meet customer satisfaction and be driven by targets. Our warehouse is run via an electronic warehouse operating system (PeopleVox), so having a good grasp of modern day technology is essential for this role.

Please note, due to the number of applications we receive, we can't always respond to all applications.
