PROCUREMENT & COSTING MANAGER

We’re looking for a Procurement and Costing Manager to take ownership of what we buy, what it costs us, and what we charge for it. 

You’ll negotiate with our suppliers in the UK and Far East, build the quotes we give to retailers like Sainsbury’s and Tesco, keep our product compliance in good order, and lead our procurement team. 

We need someone who is confident with numbers, good at negotiating, and organised enough to keep several product launches on track at the same time. 

This is a hands-on role in a small, friendly team, reporting to our Head of Data and Services.

B2B ACCOUNT MANAGER

We’re looking for a B2B Account Manager to look after the wholesale customers we already have. 

Most of our sales effort goes into finding new stockists, and in the meantime, good accounts quietly drift away. Your job is to stop that: spot accounts that have gone quiet, get them ordering again, and keep our best customers coming back season after season. 

We need someone who likes picking up the phone, is organised enough to work a list every week, and can read a customer’s ordering history and know what to offer them next. 

You’ll report to our B2B Sales Manager and be measured on accounts kept and won back, not on new business.

PRODUCT DESIGN ASSISTANT & ARTWORKER

(6 MONTH MATERNITY COVER)

We’re seeking a talented Product Design Assistant & Artworker to support the creation and artwork preparation of commercially successful products at Ohh Deer. 

In this role, you’ll help develop in-house designs, turn creative concepts into production-ready artwork, ensuring colour matching and print accuracy. You’ll also collaborate with external artists and print suppliers. 

If you have a keen eye for technical detail, expert prepress knowledge, and a passion for print design, we’d love to hear from you!
