Please note: Most of our roles are based at our head office in Loughborough, Leicestershire.
Warehouse roles are based in Burton on the Wolds (just outside Loughborough) and we have free parking available at this site.

About the role:

Manage the business’ digital infrastructure, delivering website development strategies, and project managing front and backend development in order to acquire, convert and retain customers across all digital platforms with maximum ROI.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our website sales funnel is frictionless and website content is maintained and promoted throughout the customer journey.

About you:

You must understand the challenges of working within a small business and have the ability to pivot when required.

You must know how to project manage and get the best out of our e-commerce platforms.

Hours:

The role is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.

Pay:

Warehouse Operative (Full Time, Part Time + Weekend Work Available) REQUIRED!

About the role:

Working within our 25,000 ft warehouse in Burton on the Wolds, Leicestershire (just outside Loughborough) you’ll be helping us pick and pack orders for our e-commerce and retail
customers.


The warehouse can be fast-paced with lots of orders needing to be dispatched daily including orders direct to customer and larger trade orders for the likes of Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waterstones as well as repeat subscription orders for Papergang, Artful and Barry’s Cactus Club.


You will also be involved with helping out in other areas of the warehouse including quality
control, goods in, stock checking and optimisation.

About you:

You should be prepared for physical work, which can at times be repetitive, and not afraid of getting stuck in to meet customer delivery expectations.


You must have a keen eye for detail as our orders should be picked and packed accurately and carefully to ensure that we deliver customer satisfaction every single time.


While your shift pattern will often be the same, you do need to be prepared to work evenings and weekends as required (your contract will reflect this) to allow us to meet delivery expectations
throughout our peak periods across the year, especially in the lead up to Christmas.
