PART-TIME ARTWORKER

PART-TIME ARTWORKER REQUIRED!

About the role:

We're looking for a part-time Artworker to join our busy Product Development team.  You will be responsible for editing and preparing artwork for print across a range of products and marketing materials.  You will be co-sharing this role with our current Artworker and will be required to work 15 hours a week on Thursday's and Friday's

About you:

If you’ve ever wanted to work for us in a design role then this is the position for you! You should be creative and be able to use creative software, have a strong eye for detail and be excellent at administration work.
You should be willing to help support the busy creative team and be able to meet print deadlines, ensuring that the busy continues to run smoothly.

We’re now in our 9th year and have become firmly established within our industry selling to retailers across the world, direct to customers online, within our shop and via our monthly stationery subscription – Papergang.

Hours:

Part-time, 15 hours a week on Thursday's and Friday's only.

SUBSCRIPTION BOX COORDINATOR

SUBSCRIPTION BOX COORDINATOR REQUIRED!

About the role:

Subscription boxes are booming and the Royal Mail forecasts the industry will be worth over £1 Billion by 2022. At Ohh Deer, we currently run Papergang, a monthly stationery subscription box, and have just launched two others – Artful, a quarterly art materials subscription and magazine, and Barry’s Cactus Club, a monthly cactus and succulent box.

We want all our current and future subscriptions to get the time and coordination they deserve, which this role will be responsible for. You’ll be heavily involved in devising a strategy for our subscriptions and making sure that each one operates and performs to the best of their ability.

You will oversee a marketing budget and will be responsible for generating the best possible return on investment while hitting targets as well as working closely with roles across the company to ensure the direction and vision for each box is realised.

About you:

You should have an excellent grasp on marketing and coordinating processes. While not essential, having experience of working within the subscription industry would be desired. You will need to be driven by results and understand that successful marketing is more than just the visuals, it’s about analysing data to feed into your strategy and drive results.
