Coronavirus Statement

Like everyone, we have been closely monitoring the government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As the health and safety of our staff is our number one concern, our warehouse is working at a reduced capacity due to social distancing restrictions. We are still accepting and dispatching orders, however our fulfilment times are delayed. Orders may experience processing delays of up to 14 working days.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or just need someone to talk to. We encourage you to reach out to us on social media or you can contact someone directly at customerservice@ohhdeer.com. A member of our customer service team will assist you as soon as they’re able.

We trust you will understand why we’ve had to take these precautions and we hope to return to business as usual as swiftly as possible.

For now, our thoughts are with all those who have been directly affected by this and we send the most heartfelt wishes out to the people who have taken ill, their families, and to the NHS staff working tirelessly on the front lines.
